We like to welcome you to our beautiful castle hotel with a very unique and peacefull garden in the city center of Rothenburg ob der Tauber.
The herrnschlösschen hotel stands on Herrngasse, Rothenburg’s main road, ostensibly unspoilt like a dream from previous ages. The carefully restored building breathes its 1,000 years of history. It was constructed in the 11th/12th centuries and this makes it one of the oldest preserved residential houses in Germany.
The building’s owner created a long-lasting jewel with a solid design and it served as a residence for a Franconian nobleman.
